Job Description
Geeks on Site is seeking reliable, on-call IT field technicians to provide support for residential and small business customers. Technicians will troubleshoot PCs, Macs, printers, and scanners, and address hardware and software issues. The role is on-site and independent, with flexible scheduling and a National brand recognition program.
Requirements
- 2+ years of field IT support experience
- Familiarity with Canon, HP, and other common printer brands
- Knowledge of error code troubleshooting (e.g., Canon code 1700, boot issues, driver conflicts)
- Experience with both Windows (10/11) and macOS troubleshooting
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone with camera and data for documentation and communication
