Job Description
Firmo Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with ground-up construction experience to join their team. The individual will oversee active jobsites on ground-up commercial projects from start to finish, delivering a high-quality finished product for clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Primarily ground-up experience for a General Contractor
- Hospitality construction experience preferred (3+ years)
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Proficient with construction management software and able to quickly learn new platforms
- OSHA 30 and CPR certified (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong professional references required
