Graduation from accredited program, advanced education in diagnosis & management, and current licensure/certification. Prior ambulatory care experience is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Currently certified in phlebotomy. CPR certification & Spanish fluency are essential.

Medical degree and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Current license to practice in South Carolina. Ability to pass DEA registration and participate in FHCN insurance coverage

Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathy degree. Board certification preferred. Must have current, valid DEA registration and be insurable

2+ yrs private practice, 1+ yrs in a community health center, current SC RN registration, Master's degree in Nursing from accredited program
