Team Lead Product Development

We're looking for a Team Lead Product Development to join our team at Fednot ICT. As a team leader, you'll be responsible for managing the development of applications, leading a team of developers, functional analysts, and testers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent through experience
• A proven track in project and process management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in coaching teams in agile way of working
• Knowledge and/or interest in IT tools
• An openness to new solutions and technologies
• A very good knowledge of English, Dutch & French
