Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to lead our outbound efforts, identify and engage target users, and drive engagement through personalized outreach. You'll own your territory end-to-end and have direct mentorship and alignment with the Founder's vision.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Mid-level
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing
• Sharp sales acumen paired with standout written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starting, high-energy performer comfortable in fast-paced settings
• Impeccable attention to detail and a bias for getting things done—quickly
• Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot)
• Bonus: Interest in e-commerce, beauty/lifestyle, or consumer AI products
