3+ years of experience in testing web-based and enterprise software applications, proficient in test tooling and CI/CD frameworks, and skilled in functional and integration testing of APIs, UI components, and service-based workflows

Hands-on experience developing in ServiceNow, strong knowledge of the ATF framework, and solid scripting and debugging skills

Strong expertise in cloud network technologies, intermediate to advanced technology certification, and foundational knowledge of enterprise networking

5-10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. ISTQB Foundation certification and experience with test tooling and CI/CD frameworks

Mid-level experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle DB, plus intermediate to advanced technology certification

Requires ISTQB Foundation, ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation, or equivalent certifications; solid understanding of automation and non-functional testing concepts; experience working within Agile, DevOps, and product-aligned teams; proficiency in test tooling and CI/CD frameworks; familiarity with AI/ML use cases in quality engineering

Designing and implementing FinOps practices, working with Managed Service Providers, and having hands-on experience with Azure Cost Management

Experience implementing, configuring, managing and supporting Enterprise Collaboration Tooling (Jira and Confluence) at an enterprise scale
