MASSAGE PRACTITIONER - PART TIME (Weekends)
Massage license (CAMTC), 2+ years experience preferred, and strong client relations skills are needed. Liability insurance is required
GENERAL LEGAL COUNSEL - Must have active license to practice law in California
JD, 7-10+ years of experience in nonprofit, mission-driven, or values-based organizations
LEAD COOK/FIELD HAND HYBRID - 6 MONTHS
At least 6 months experience working in a production garden, ability to lead and direct work crews, and strong communication skills
BARISTA/BARTENDER - PART TIME (3 or 6 Month Position)
Previous restaurant/bar experience preferred. Excellent customer service & time-keeping skills needed. Must be flexible & able to work under pressure
ONSITE SGE PROGRAMS COORDINATOR AND FACILITATOR
2-4 yrs experience in program support. Trauma-informed facilitation experience. Tech skills are expected. Strong organizational & communication are key
Residential Extended Education Program
Work in a physically demanding environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and tolerate exposure to changes in temperature
REEP APPRENTICE: HOUSEKEEPING STEWARD - Full Time (6 Month Position)
Graduate of Esalen's 3 month REEP program or 3+ months of employment, adaptability, reliability, and ability to handle physical labor
REEP APPRENTICE: GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - Full Time (6 Month Position)
2-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work with guests and staff
REEP APPRENTICE: LEAD COOK - Full Time (6 Month Position)
Previous chef experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
HOUSEKEEPING STEWARD/FIELD HAND HYBRID - 6 MONTHS
6 months experience in production garden. Ability to work in physically demanding roles. Detail oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
