5-10+ years experience counseling adolescents, experience with trauma-informed approaches, LCSW or LPC required
High School Special Education Teacher
3+ years teaching experience, BA or BS, Louisiana Teacher Certification in Special Education, and commitment to EQA’s mission
Dean of Students (Full Time)
BA or BS required, experience with restorative approaches, excellent communication skills
Childcare Teacher, CDA Required
1+ years teaching experience, CDA or BA required, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High School Science Teacher
3+ years teaching experience, BA or BS required, and specialized interest in working with students with learning difficulties
High School English Teacher
3+ yrs teaching at risk. BA/BS & Louisiana Teacher certification (preferred). Strong communication & relationship skills
High School History Teacher
3+ years teaching at-risk students and experience raising student achievement preferred. BA or BS degree required with Louisiana Teacher Certification preferred
High School Humanities Teacher
Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years teaching risk-averse students. Knowledge of US History is essential
High School Mental Health Counselor, LPC or LCSW required
5-10+ years experience in counseling adolescents with mental health, behavioral health, and trauma issues, experience with restorative approaches and trauma-informed care, and LCSW or LPC licensure in Louisiana
