Job Description
Envision Physician Services is seeking a dedicated Scribe for their Emergency Department (ED). The Scribe will document patient notes in an Electronic Medical Record under the direction of a clinician, gaining medical terminology and ED operations knowledge. This role is vital for ensuring high-quality patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and general medical knowledge
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent listening and note-taking skills
- Detail oriented with proven ability to work effectively under conditions requiring accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer proficiency
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute or above
