Job Description
Ocean Capital Holdings is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their Saint John, NB location. The role involves supporting management teams in Canada and the US, focusing on corporate tax preparation, compliance activities, and tax planning. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Chartered Professional Accountant Designation, or equivalent
- Actively pursuing or considering pursuing CPA Canada In-depth Tax Course
- Previous experience in tax or accounting roles
- Experience with Taxprep software
- High attention to detail
- Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of Products, with high proficiency in excel
- Adaptable and flexible team player
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of corporate tax and HST
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining working relationships
