Job Description
Elite Insurance Partners (EIP), seeking a motivated ACA Sales Agent to join their on-site team in Tampa, Florida. The role focuses on assisting with the launch of a new ACA department, managing KPIs, and contributing to the development of operational processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape the department's structure and build a team.
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License
- Proven experience in insurance sales or call center management
- Strong knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and marketplace plan dynamics
- Ability to design and interpret performance metrics (KPIs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able and willing to work in-office in Tampa, Florida
