RN license, 1+ year of acute care experience, and successful completion of nursing and orientation programs. BLS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation, and current NICU certification are required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also necessary

1+ year RN experience, ACS/BLS, and a nursing degree. Current certification in neonatal resus and STABLE certification within 2 years
