Minimum 2 years experience as ACP independently prescribing (post ACP qualification) in Primary Care Setting/general practice within the last 5 years. Relevant registration with a professional body (NMC, HCPC, GPhC). Postgraduate diploma (Level 7) or Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or either RCN Credentialling or HEE accreditation
Digital - Physiotherapist
3+ years of experience in Physiotherapy within an MSK service in Primary Care or General Practice, working at Level 7 or above
Patient Experience Coordinator
2+ years of customer service experience, ability to meet personal and organisational targets and KPIs, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in business administration and IT
Second Line IT Support Engineer
A confident Dynamics 365 engineer with experience in MS Dynamics 365 administration and troubleshooting, and intermediate Dynamics CRM skills is required
Digital Physiotherapist (Weekdays)
Minimum of 3 years experience in Physiotherapy, HCPC Registered Physiotherapist, and relevant qualifications
Digital Safeguarding Specialist - Part Time (30 hours)
3 years post-qualifying work experience in safeguarding, degree-level qualification, and Safeguarding Adults and Children training
