Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NP or PA with a strong interest in diabetes care to join our endocrinology team in Keene, NH. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical management, education, and support for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program
- Ability to obtain/maintain an unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Hampshire
- NCCPA certification or board-certified by the AANP or ANCC
- Passion for endocrinology and diabetes care
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- At least 2 years of experience in an APP capacity; clinical experience in diabetes care preferred
