Job Description
Dentons Europe Services in Prague is seeking a Talent Business Partner for European Region. This role combines HR support with strategic collaboration and employee guidance. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.
Requirements
- Oversee employee lifecycle for UK-based employees
- Support payroll processes for Czech and UK employees
- Maintain accurate HR data
- Create HR policies
- Support recruitment processes
- Support performance evaluations
- Work with HR across European offices
