Job Description
Dentons is seeking a highly skilled Corporate/M&A Lawyer to join their growing Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department. The role involves providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, managing complex transactions, and acting as a key contributor in strategic projects. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate/M&A law, preferably in a reputable law firm
- Deep expertise in corporate law, with working knowledge of tax, financial, and banking law
- Demonstrated experience handling M&A transactions from due diligence to post-closing
- Full proficiency in Arabic, French, and English – written and spoken
- Law degree from a recognized institution; LLM or international training is an advantage
