Ethical Sourcing - Support Services Bangladesh Support Centre

This role involves conducting ethical sourcing audits of suppliers, evaluating their compliance with standards, and providing support to manufacturers. The position focuses on identifying and addressing non-compliant practices and fostering collaboration with suppliers for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include creating audit reports, monitoring progress, and providing training on ethical sourcing.

Requirements

• Certified social compliance auditor under one or more recognized standards (e.g., SA8000, SMETA, BSCI, WRAP).
• Strong knowledge of RSC/ACCORD frameworks and experience driving factory improvements.
• Proven experience conducting supplier or factory audits within the manufacturing, retail, or sourcing sectors.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
