Requirements
- Commercial Pilot license
- Current unrestricted First-class medical certificate
- For Panamanians, minimum of 350 hours of total time in fixed wing aircraft
- For Foreigners, minimum of 1,000 hours of total time in fixed wing aircraft
- Multiengine and instrument Rating
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 5
