Senior Director of Program Delivery
12+ years of experience leading complex projects, domain expertise in safety net programs, and civic tech/government background
Associate Program Director
7 years of experience, strong understanding of public benefits implementation, and proven track record of cross-sector stakeholder engagement
Bilingual Content Design Manager (English-Spanish)
6+ years of experience in content creation, strategy, or related fields; 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, or mentoring other designers; high fluency in written and spoken Spanish
Staff Service Designer
At least 6 years of service design experience, direct experience working in government services, and ability to design, test, implement, and measure complex multi-channel experiences
Staff Solutions Engineer
7+ years of experience, recent back-end development experience, 4+ years of experience coding backend systems
