Planning consent director
Experience in infrastructure project delivery is key. Utility planning or policy background, particularly power and utility projects, is desired. A strong commitment to compliance and effective stakeholder management are essential
Gradate surveyor, valuation
Degree in property-related discipline, commitment to MRICS accreditation, strong analytical and communication skills, proactive and team-oriented
Graduate Surveyor, Commercial Agency / Lease Advisory
ICS degree (or similar), excellent communication skills, and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Accounts receivable assistant - full or part-time
Experience in accounting/finance or property administration. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel & financial reporting tools
Building surveyor
Construction/building surveying degree required, along with a relevant PRM qualification and full UK driving licence. Experience with building surveys and due diligence is a must
Surveyor, commercial property management
Accounts payable administrator
A-Level education or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office Suite & VAT reporting. Experience with invoices and vendor chasing
