Job Description
CEO is seeking a Job Developer to help individuals coming out of incarceration regain the skills and confidence needed for a successful transition to stable and productive lives. The Job Developer will increase the range of employment opportunities available to participants using participant interests, experiences, and ambitions as foundation for participant job placements.
Requirements
- Experience in workforce development, recruitment, or sales/account management
- Ability to meet performance goals on a regular basis
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to adjust to particular personalities and interaction styles on the spot
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to look at data or market research and use it to guide practice and decision-making
