Job Description
Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg department in New Richmond, Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in an accessible hospital environment. The role involves assessing, managing, and documenting patients, performing necessary care responsibilities, and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- BLS Certification required
- BLS and ACLS/PALS certification within 6 months of hire (or within 12 months for high-obs/progressive/ICU patients)
- Minimum 2 years hospital experience, preferably high obs, progressive care, or ICU experience
