PMO Analyst

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support the delivery of projects and programmes through strong planning, governance and reporting. The role is a home-based opportunity with occasional travel to our Portsmouth site. Requirements

• Coordinate governance activities, including stage gates, reviews and reporting packs
• Build and maintain plans and schedules, managing assumptions, dependencies and constraints
• Manage RAID and action logs, escalating risks and issues at the right time
• Apply change control processes across the project and programme lifecycle
• Support resource planning by tracking demand and highlighting gaps and pinch points
• Analyse data and produce clear dashboards and insight for stakeholders
• Demonstrate solid PMO skills across planning, governance, reporting, and change control
• Work independently, taking ownership of tasks and following through on actions
• Communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders and build good working relationships
• Analyse information and present it in a simple, accurate way using Excel and reporting tools
• Use delivery tools such as MS Project and/or Jira and Confluence to track and report progress
• Prioritise workload across multiple pieces of work and manage deadlines calmly
