Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or 1 year related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and a dependable, working vehicle for frequent travel
- Proven ability to implement a workforce planning strategy
- Working knowledge of Texas employment laws and regulations related to recruitment, hiring, and workforce management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic self-starter, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
