Job Description
Calderys is seeking a Middle Office Manager (Treasury) to bridge the gap between the front office and back office, ensuring financial monitoring, trade finance operations, and liquidity management. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with a Group Treasurer, and contributing to the organization's value creation and strategic transformation. They are backed by a leading private equity firm operating under an LBO structure.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Middle Office, Structured Finance, or Financial Controlling
- Strong technical understanding of trade finance instruments and covenant structures
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English and French
