Caldera is a nonprofit arts organization that fosters creativity through community residencies, artist residencies, media literacy projects, and large-scale events such as the Hearth Festival. 5+ years of experience developing high-availability, distributed systems, deep knowledge of Go, Rust or similar languages, and experience building complex Ethereum ‘dapps’ with Solidity or Yul
Protocol Engineer
3+ years of experience in shipping production protocols, expert-level Solidity/Rust skills, and understanding of gas/compute metering on Ethereum/L2s/Solana
Director of Operations
5-8 years of operations experience, strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with teams
