Job Description
We're looking for a Control Room Operator to join our team in Queensbury, NY. You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring advanced control systems, making quick decisions to maintain license limits and public safety, and collaborating with field teams to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Calm under pressure and confident making decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Technically savvy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communicators and team players.
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
- Willing to travel to remote sites if needed.
