Job Description
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join their award-winning team of mid-sized law firms. The role involves managing all aspects of litigation cases, from strategy and research to courtroom presentations and client communication. This position offers professional growth with collaboration and mentorship within a diverse and forward-thinking legal environment.
Requirements
- Fully remote and hybrid options are available.
- Currently admitted to the California State Bar.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience with at least one year defending tort claims.
- Experience preparing pleadings, responding to discovery, drafting motions, and depositions.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in arguing motions and attending mediations/arbitrations.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills and ability to work independently.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
