Sr. Manager, SAP

The Boston Beer Company is seeking a Sr. Manager of SAP to lead the implementation and evolution of their ERP platform. This role involves strategic leadership, technical oversight, process optimization, and ensuring SAP capabilities directly support business objectives. The SAP strategy will align with operational excellence and future-state architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with deep ECC knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance functional areas
• Proven leadership of at least one full-cycle S/4HANA upgrade/migration in a manufacturing or CPG environment
• Experience managing technical development in an SAP environment
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and Basis concepts
• Demonstrated experience applying Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing budgets, project portfolios, and vendor contracts
