Job Description
Boston Beer is seeking a Packaging Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes within the Cincinnati, Ohio Brewery. The role involves identifying improvements, implementing packaging solutions, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental compliance. The engineer will also develop new technologies and recommend equipment layouts for increased efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a manufacturing/CPG environment or engineering (mechanical or electrical)
- Demonstrated application of Lean/TPM
- Independent drive of Ci projects
