RN License & Certification (Current, valid). 6+ months experience in long-term care preferred. Must adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Occupational Therapy
OT degree & state license needed. 6 months exp in long term care preferred. CPR certification is required
CNA I
High school diploma/equivalent. Valid CNA certification. CPR certificate preferred
Physical Therapist
