Job Description
Blackmores is seeking a driven and solutions-focused Finance Operations & Controls Lead for a 24-Month Fixed Term Contract on SAP. This role involves leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring operations are future-fit, and championing change across the function. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading change and collaborating to deliver long-term value.
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualification required
- 10+ years’ experience in finance operations, controls, and transformation
- Background in Big 4 transformation advisory or audit
- Proven resilience, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Signavio
