Bip, a Data Science group within a Competence Centre in Italy, is seeking an Agentic AI Specialist to evolve skills in generative AI, understand client businesses, and translate them into solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and testing AI agents, as well as researching and developing new solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving operational efficiency and transforming the user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, Statistics or related disciplines (STEM)
Strong quantitative approach and insightful analytical skills
Knowledge of data exploration, data analysis and creating models
Knowledge of non-structured data processing
Knowledge of prompting techniques (one/few-shot, chain-of-thought)
Experience with MS Copilot Studio and similar products
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience with the Financial Services sector (preferred)
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc) (preferred)
Experience in development of generative AI models in industrial contexts (preferred)
Experience in software development and deep knowledge of the software lifecycle (preferred)
Knowledge of data versioning frameworks and/or models (e.g. MLFlow, DVC)
Deep knowledge of relational databases and SQL and SQL Programming
Knowledge of non-relational databases (e.g. Elasticsearch, mongodb, redis)
Knowledge of vector databases (e.g. ChromaDB, QDrant, Pinecone)
Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence cloud APIs (at least one of Google, Microsoft, AWS)
Deep knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision and related techniques
Experience with neural networks, convolutional neural networks, transformers
Experience with training and fine-tuning of neural networks
Knowledge of main non-structured data processing frameworks (tensorflow, torch, pytorch)
Soft Skills: Consultative standing, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Customer orientation and achievement of objectives
