County Caseworker II - 2nd Shift (Children & Youth Services)

This County Caseworker II position focuses on investigating suspected abuse, including physical, sexual, emotional, and serious neglect. Caseworkers will supplement emergency department duties and work in a rotating schedule with on-call weekends. Caseworkers are expected to manage a caseload of 15 cases and are provided with comprehensive training and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience as a County Caseworker I
• Successful completion of the County Social Casework Intern Program
• Bachelor’s degree with a social welfare major
• Valid PA driver’s license, good driving record
• Car available for daily use
• Knowledge of social case management principles and techniques
