Job Description
This is a paid, contract position for a KFZ Mechatronician (m/f/d) in charge, based in Geldern, Kleve. The role involves practical exercises within the KAoA course, where students (8th and 9th grade) gain insight into different career fields. As a teacher, the focus is on facilitating the professional orientation of young students and understanding both training and supporting the process. You will demonstrate both a trainer and a supporter.
Requirements
- Completed training as a KFZ Mechatronician or similar
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Methodologically-didactic skill in the transmission of subject matter
- Initial experience working with the target group
- Dynamic and communicative personality
- Good knowledge of German (C2 language level)
- Structured work with high responsibility
- Flexible commuting between Geldern and Kleve
