Workday Team Lead - Finance & PSA

At Aurecon, we see the future through a different lens. We're looking for a Workday Team Lead to lead a team of software engineers delivering and supporting Workday solutions, including Financials, Reporting, PSA, and Adaptive Planning. The role requires technical leadership, people management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Team Lead / Technical Lead / People Manager roles specialized in Workday operations, support and development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
• Demonstrated success in leading small, high-performing engineering teams within a multinational IT shared services environment
• Hands-on experience in the support, enhancement, and optimization of Workday Financials, PSA, Reporting, and Adaptive Planning
