Job Description
Pioneer Labs is a startup engineering life for Mars focused on microbes and extremophiles. They are seeking a full-time, in-person Operations Associate to manage systems, logistics, and coordination for a fast-paced, science-driven team. The role involves onboarding, offboarding, event planning, and communication to ensure the organization runs smoothly.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or similar “get-things-done” roles (startups a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias to action
- Collaborative and low-ego: willing to own the big and the small
- Proactive and organized
- High agency and ownership
- Experience with organizing both internal and external events
- Good communicator and listener
