Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Crewing Manager to maintain relationships with our colleagues on board and develop our seafaring colleagues. As a Crewing Manager, you will be part of the HR Marine department and responsible for planning and developing the crew.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, maritime industry, HR or business
- Experience with analyzing data and reporting
- Good relationship management skills
- Good command of English language
- Prepared to travel to our vessels
