Alexander Valley Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing comprehensive primary care services to the communities between Ukiah and Healdsburg, California. Established in 1994, the organization has grown to become a vital healthcare resource, currently serving over 5,000 patients annually with more than 25,000 visits. They offer a broad range of services including family medicine, behavioral health, and general dentistry, accepting a diverse patient base including those with private insurance, Medicare, and those who are uninsured or have low incomes. Alexander Valley Healthcare is currently expanding its capabilities with the construction of a new, state-of-the-art health and wellness center. Dental Hygienist (Part-time, 20 hours per week)
High school diploma, dental hygienist license, and CPR certification
Staff Physician
The ideal candidate will have a California State Physician's license, Board Certification in Family Practice, and basic computer skills
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
LMFT license in CA required. 1+ year experience preferred. Experience in primary care preferred & intercultural competence
Call Center Technician
High school diploma/equivalent, bilingual communication skills, basic computer skills, and ability to read and interpret medical/technical information. Must be detail-oriented
Family Nurse Practitioner
Five years of clinical experience preferred, current certified nurse practitioner licensure, and CPR certification
Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant
Current certification, CPR certification, and 2 years of experience as a dental assistant
Medical Assistant
High school diploma or equivalent, CA-based M.A. training program completion, and Phlebotomy Certification, with 1 year experience in an outpatient setting or health clinic, and ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team
