Aiven is a rapidly growing data & AI platform seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their PostgreSQL Developer Experience team. Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a leadership position
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- A bias for action and a desire to experiment
- Understanding of Postgres and a willingness to learn
