Job Description
AirTrunk is a rapidly growing data center company seeking a Design Manager to lead the design for a new hyperscale cloud technology campus in Japan and Japan. The role involves leading project design teams, developing building plans, and driving sustainable design solutions. The company provides a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MEP design
- Fluent in English and Japanese (reading, writing, and presentation)
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant experience in product design or commissioning
- Project lifecycle experience within the Japanese construction industry is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership acumen
- Willingness to make decisions and be accountable
