2-5 years mortgage sales experience. Proficiency with Mac-based software and drivers license are mandatory. Sales based, relationship-focused role
Team Lead Mortgage Agents/Brokers
High school diploma & Mortgage Agent license required. 1-3 years experience as a mortgage agent/broker, leadership experience preferred
Agent/Souscripteur hypothécaire interne (Québec)
Require Quebec real estate broker's permit and 3-5 years of mortgage underwriting experience. Proficiency in Mac environments & excellent bilingual skills (French/English) are also important
New Offsite Mortgage Agent/Broker
High school diploma is needed, and a mortgage agent license is required. 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred, with a willingness to learn
Souscripteur hypothécaire (Quebec)
3+ years mortgage origination experience. Strong broker & problem-solving skills. AMF license is mandatory
Director, Private Capital - Mortgage Fund
8+ years in financial sales, capital raising, or private lending; Proven ability to raise capital from accredited or institutional investors; Knowledge of MICs, MIEs, or exempt market products
Experienced Inside Mortgage Agent (Vancouver/Hybrid)
2-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent, valid Driver's License and Vehicle, proficiency with technology, and excellent communication skills
Experienced Inside Mortgage Agent (Saskatoon/Hybrid)
2-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent and a Mortgage Agent License, Being a driven, self-starter, problem-solver, and organized great communicator
Experienced Offsite Mortgage Agent/Broker
