Senior Finance & Accounting Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team at 7Learnings in Berlin. As a key member of our management team, you will play a strategic role in shaping our financial strategy, planning, and reporting.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in accounting and controlling
• Experience with DATEV
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
• Ideally, experience building dashboards with Google Looker Studio and SQL database queries
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Analytical thinking, structured work style, and affinity for numbers
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and precise working style
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
• Intercultural skills and ability to work in an international team
