The Senior Director of Technical Solutions - Development assumes a multifaceted role, combining leadership responsibilities overseeing a technical team with hands-on consulting for Zuri Group clients and internal projects. - Architect and engineer cutting-edge software applications, applying your expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Craft and sustain code of exemplary quality, characterized by its cleanliness, efficiency, and comprehensive documentation and oversee junior staff’s code to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure that software applications meet functional and performance requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with software applications, and implement fixes or workarounds as needed.
- Remain current with the latest trends and advancements in software development and deliver informed recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for software applications, including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
