Job Description
The Marketing and Social Media Manager will drive digital growth and brand awareness for LCS Senior Living communities. This role involves social media management, asset development, content writing, and online listing management. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, reporting to the Director of Community Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business-related field.
- Five+ years of direct social media or marketing management.
- 2+ years in a leadership role with employee oversight.
- Experience with video editing tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience managing social media crises and protecting brand reputation.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
