Vice President for Finance

The Vice President for Finance will collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic leadership support across the finance division, overseeing the financial operations of Wycliffe USA and the Wycliffe Foundation, and ensuring sound stewardship of God-given resources, operational excellence, and a responsive service across the organization.

Requirements

• Develop and execute organizational strategies that advance Wycliffe USA's mission, vision, and values while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Shape and model a healthy organizational culture by providing spiritual and strategic leadership, fostering community, and mentoring emerging leaders.
• Represent Wycliffe USA in key partnerships, negotiations, and global initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with broader ministry efforts.
• Provide leadership and direction to Finance, ensuring operational excellence, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
• Champion accuracy, timeliness, and integrity across financial processes, reporting, and communication.
• Handle financial data and interactions with professionalism, discretion, and care.
• Strengthen a collaborative, people-centered culture that values excellence and continuous improvement.
