Senior Proposal Coordinator

WSP is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join the Strategic Growth Team (SGT) supporting the Property & Buildings business line. This role will facilitate and/or support teams in positioning for major pursuits, including capture planning, proposal development, and interview coaching and debriefs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or a closely related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in editing, proofing and advanced sales and business development skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with experience in editing, proofing and advanced sales and business development skills; preference to those with experience in the A/E/C industry
• Thorough understanding of business line and approach to the marketplace
• Strong communications experience with the ability to articulate technical ideas with clarity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
• Highly organized; detail oriented; skilled with implementation/logistics
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience managing the pursuit development process from creation through submission; preference to those with experience managing standard and complex proposals
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate large, diverse teams
• Strategic thinker that can look at the big picture and drive strategy to achieve tactical objectives
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making and adherance to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
