Clinical Coordinator- Former Refugee Mental Health & Addictions. Support the health and wellbeing of former refugees and families entering New Zealand. Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide equitable access to support and services.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in working with those experiencing mild-severe mental health difficulties.
• Experience working with former refugees and their families is desirable.
• Recognises and is knowledgeable of cultural differences and needs of former refugees and their families.
• Able to deliver trauma informed care and evidenced based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in working with persons across the age spectrum presenting with mild -severe Mental Health and/or Addiction needs.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of community resources and Health Services and be familiar with key interface issues.
• Has well-developed advisory/consultative and facilitation skills.
• Be a Registered Health Professional, experienced in primary/community care and with a current practising certificate and a clean driver’s licence.
