Manufacturing Technician III, Filling (Day Shift)

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company changing the way medicine is made. The Manufacturing Technician III, Filling position reports to Supervisor/Manager of Manufacturing and supports Sterile operations. This position requires operating machinery, performing in-process monitoring, and maintaining a cGMP environment.

Requirements

• Perform duties of operating assigned machinery
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize Filling equipment
• Perform filter integrity testing
• Clean and maintain assigned areas
• Start up and make minor adjustments to machinery
• Perform visual and physical checks of in-process and finished materials
• Maintain records and/or logs
• Responsible for outgoing quality level
• Understand aseptic behaviors and media fills
• Perform inventory control and reconciliation activities
• Perform work requirements in a responsible manner
• Be familiar with job-related safety procedures and hazards
• Assist mechanical staff with preventive maintenance procedures
• Support lean activities and process improvement work
• Identify and provide suggestions for process improvement
• Be flexible in training and support other Filling functions
• Perform all other assigned duties with minimal supervision
