Volunteers of America National Services

Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that delivers integrated housing and healthcare solutions across the United States and Puerto Rico. With a workforce of over 3,100 professionals, VOANS manages more than 240 affordable housing properties, providing 12,900 units in more than 40 states. The organization also operates 46 senior care programs—including skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, adult day care, and PACE—serving approximately 2,400 to 2,500 individuals daily. VOANS' distinctive strength lies in its dual focus on affordable housing and comprehensive senior care, supported by a diverse board and a commitment to high-quality, community-centric services.
